Return Policy

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the items:

  • Arrived damaged
  • Are wrong items/not what you ordered
  • Are defective

To initiate a return request, please reach out to support@avocardoshop.com. We will then request proof of purchase and photographic evidence illustrating the defects.

Once the request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send back your order. Your items must be sent securely in their original packaging, including all the accessories and components that were included when you received them.

Trading cards/blind boxes

When you receive the product, it will contain a random item from the product series. Due to the unpredictable nature of these products, we do not accept returns for blind boxes or trading card once they have been removed from their original sealed packaging.

On sale items

On sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We cannot accept exchanges or modification of orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order if the item has not been shipped within the 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped you will not be able to cancel it.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued and credited back to your original method of payment. Please note it may take some time before the refund to be processed by your bank.

Rejected Orders

In the event that delivery attempts fail and a package is rejected, our system will automatically initiate a return process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, feel free to reach out.
