Pre-order Shipping
We will ship your order once all items are in stock. If your order contains pre-order items, your order will not be shipped out until all items become available. For faster shipping, we suggest customers to separate in-stock & pre-order items.
Early partial dispatch (Split Dispatch) can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping cost when applicable, according to our standard shipping policy.

These items will be shipped via DHL to ensure highest level of courier service is provided. This helps minimising the chances of mishandling & accident during transit.
Issues with regarding delayed, lost or misrouted orders
While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, we do not accept any liability for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed or lost or misrouted order that is deemed the couriers' fault.
We only use trusted, highly rated and reliable courier services to ship our goods. We only use Tracked and sometimes even Tracked & Signed services to minimize the chance of error during transit. We also do our best to mitigate the higher cost of these pricier courier service, as we believe it is in both parties interest to make sure goods are delivered in good conditions reliably.
If your parcel arrives visually damaged, please take every step to keep photo or video record of the damaged parcel. We strive to do what we can to make things right. If compensation is available due to a courier-fault actions, it will be made available to our customers.
EU & International Shipping
Shipments toward outside of the UK are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
We advise our customers to check with local authorities to find out what import duties and taxes are payable to you by your custom or boarder control authorities. We do not collect any tax or duties for export orders, the prices for non-UK customers are exclusive of UK's VAT.
Generally deliveries can take a week from date of dispatch to arrive. However, this will depend on your how quickly your country's customs and local mail service processes your parcel and may take longer if there is a delay in your country's' postal system.
